Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Übernachte auf einem niederrheinischen Hof in unserer kleinen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und mit natürlichen Baumaterialien errichtet worden. Eine Terrasse für den Kaffee am Morgen, oder ein Glas Wein am Abend wartet auf dich. Die Picknickwiese im Schatten der Bäume ist ein Ort an dem Kinder unbeschwert toben können. Unser Hof liegt ländlich und lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Niers ein. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir daher nicht gut erreichbar.

Schönes frisch renoviertes 22qm Häuschen mit eigenem Garten und Terrasse. Durch den Flur im Haupthaus kommt ihr in den Garten, hier befindet sich der Eingang zu unserem kleinen aber feinen Hinterhofhäuschen. Der Fußboden besteht aus hellem Sichtbeton mit einer Fußbodenheizung. Die alten Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt und geölt. Der Boden im Badezimmer hat die original alten Jugendstilfliesen. Die kleine Küchenzeile wurde von uns aus einer alten Werkbank selbst gebaut.

Wir waren 11 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit David war fabelhaft. Der Check in und Check out lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wer gerne Radtouren und Ausflüge in die niederländischen Städte wie Roermond, Venlo, Maastricht, und so weiter liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Tolle ausgebaute Radwege durch die Natur. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir brauchten sehr kurzfristig eine Bleibe in der Gegend und durften noch am Abend einziehen, was uns entweder eine weite Fahrt oder eine Hotelübernachtung erspart hat. Das sehr saubere Doppelhaus war einladend, es war schön auch nach draußen zu können und es hatte das bequemste Bett in einer Ferienwohnung ever. Die Kommunikation war fix und zielführend. Jederzeit wieder und eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank nochmals an Annika & ihre Mitstreiter/ innen!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Karina war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch unglaublich gemütlich. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist lichtdurchflutet und strahlt eine wunderbare Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, die Wohnung makellos sauber, sodass ich mich von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt habe. Man merkt sofort, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde, um Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! My stay at Karina’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautiful and incredibly cozy. It’s in a quiet area, filled with natural light, and has a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The apartment was spotless, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a perfect stay for guests! I would definitely come back anytime. Highly recommended!
