It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

There is space and room for many activities in the nature of the Lower Rhine and the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. Whether on foot, by bike or by car, there are always new highlights to discover here. "Brüggen" is also worth a trip.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow.

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment.
