Everything as described. Very nice, quiet location and a superbly equipped place. No wish was left unfulfilled. Fast, nice and direct communication. Always happy to come back when we are in the area.

A wonderful stay for both kids and adults! I visited with my 4-year-old, who absolutely loved every moment of it. Dirk and Maike run a childcare program during the week, and it’s clear they’ve created a true paradise for children on their property. The large grounds include chickens, playrooms, countless toys, and everything a child could wish for. The home is bright and cozy. Dirk and Maike are incredibly kind, open-minded, and thoughtful hosts. Their warm, welcoming nature made our stay even more special. I’ll definitely be returning with my son the next time we’re in Krefeld. Thank you so much, Maike & Dirk! :)

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm manner. The place is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in every corner. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, extraordinary and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the pouring rain. The Baldeneysee is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Best regards from Cristian and Venice

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated and was very very clean! Small touches such as drinks in the refrigerator made you feel immediately comfortable. The location of the apartment is also very nice and quiet. Communication with the landlady was very friendly and accommodating. We could definitely imagine renting the place again.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
