Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Netherlands Antilles

Just finished a girls' trip at Villa Mazzai and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! The villa is spacious and beautiful with very tasteful decorations. Our host, Marit, took great care of us and answered every question, no matter how small. We loved that there were so many communal spaces, as it allowed everyone the ability to spread out or be close together as they chose. Since our stay was late May, it was hot outside, which impacted our power usage as we heavily used the AC. After the conversion, we ended up paying an additional $54 for 4.5 days. Split between a large group, and the cost is pretty nominal. The villa is on a quiet dead end street, save for construction traffic during the day. We would absolutely come back to Curacao and stay at Villa Mazzai!

🌟🌟🌟great house that is accessible to the most pristine beaches on the island. 12min drive to Carrefour supermarket, 12 min to airport and 15-30min drive to beaches like Cas Abao, Playa Porto Marie, Playa Lagun, Klein Knip, Grote Knip, Playa Kalki etc. which are the best beaches in Curacao. House is new, spacious, has a backyard and a grill. All 3 bedrooms and living room have ACs and TVs. We were a group of 5 people and absolutely enjoyed the house and its convenient location on the island. Thank you to the host, Rhodine, who was very responsive and caring during our stay. Can't wait to be back. High recommend!!!

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

Loved our stay. The place felt bigger than the pictures and had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic at connecting with us and making sure we were taken care of.

The house was well located, clean, organized and had a lot of room. The pool was great and the outdoor area was as much fun as a day at the beach. Frank is very responsive and attentive. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodation for families/groups, just like in the photos and better. The host provided excellent service, was always attentive and left clear instructions before check-in. Access to the place is simple and easy to find. We will definitely return to this place.

Our stay in Frigate Bay was lovely. Walkable to the beach “the strip”. Hosts picked us up from the airport and helped us get in. Provided may great recommendations.

Wow is an understatement, Barbara's place was gorgeous. we felt right at home! Looks just like the pics and the view is amazing, we loved it! 3 of us stayed here for a month so we're out and about alot but also spend a good amount of time in, specially dinner time. Barbara's home had Everything we needed and more. Most of our time spend was outside on the terrace, morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails, always a breeze! We can say enough about Barbara, she was the best Airbnb host we have ever had and the sweetest person! She had a list of must do's on the Island (which you should definitely do), she was always there if we needed her for something or just a question. Also gave great advise about car rentals, taxi drivers & restaurants! Love you Barbara and your beautiful Island❤️ We had an amazing time thank you so much🥰

perfect location. right by eagle beach & grocery store. heart of low rise area. every thing you would need is in the unit.

Danny was a fantastic host. He came to the airport to pick me up and accommodated me when he had an emergency at his property. He put me up at the Holland House Hotel at his own expense and ensured that I was well taken care of in light of the emergency. I could not ask for more from a host and a genuinely good man.

Excellent condo, convenient location! Restaurants and shopping close by - easily walkable! Eagle beach is stunning. Condo was well equipped with everything you would need to cook or go to the beach. Will be booking again for next year!!

This is a great place to stay! Everything is so fun and colorful. The garden area is especially delightful. Keep in mind there may be a few add ons in addition to the nightly cost. However, Mammaloes is somewhere I will definitely dream of and want to go back to. And everything is just a short drive away.

Excelent host, very flexible in terms of check in schedule. Thoroughly enjoyed camping at this location and would definitely recommend/come back again some day!

James was out of town for my stay, but coordinated with a local host to make my stay convenient and pleasant. Small problem with my arrival time not making it possible to get keys that night, so I had to rebook a different location, but this was noted in description and overlooked by me. James offered to refund me for this night, so we were all good. Overall a great property and I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Silver Seas! The view from the balcony is incredible! We loved the pool and spent quite a bit of time there. There are 2 beaches in walking distance and lots of other incredible beaches just a short drive away.

This is definitely a cozy space for two ! It didn’t even feel like an air bnb , it felt like home . And there was nothing like waking up to that view every morning . Daggi was great with coordination and being proactive . I didn’t have to worry about much of anything . And when I had questions, response time was very quick . Maps doesn’t take you directly to the property but again , the team did great with coordinating with my flight and having a driver escort us to the property . I would love to stay here again.

If this stay is available I could not recommend it enough. Was such a delightful stay. Bonus they had cleaner come everyday so the place was always spotless. The pool was amazing and the beach was just steps from their back patio. Nothing bad to say!

This is a superb property. The efficiency in which it is maintained makes this a 5 star + experience. The location is excellent for traveling to the beaches--Arashi, Eagle, Palm, and also a 35 minute drive to Baby Beach at the southern point. Juerg was helpful in all ways. He gave us the best places for a pedicure, and also the best grocery stores. There are small grocery stores near but for specific things you will want to go to the SUPER FOODS or Liang and Sons. Liquor is sold at all the grocery stores. Juerg advised us on a snorkeling trip and also a jeep rental to see the more rugged side of Aruba which had stunning vistas. And he knew and suggested wonderful dining experiences because he has been there!! The maid service was above and beyond with visits 3 times a week. We got fresh beach towels with each visit. We stayed in the main pool area which was spectacular viewing as well as being well-maintained by the maids. We had cooking facilities but there is a huge open kitchen where you can cook if you do not have a villa. It is easy to get to restaurants and fun to explore the Palm Beach area shops. We stayed 4 weeks with a visit from another couple for about 10 days of it. We often travel for a few weeks in the winter and this is one of the best places we have visited. We hope to return. Juerg's Swiss Paradise is truly worthy of the highest rating and made our 1st visit to Aruba one which we will repeat.

I had the perfect stay at Swiss Paradise Aruba for my birthday trip with friends! The place was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Our hosts, Juerg & Julian, were incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was just right. The location was fantastic, making our Aruba experience even better. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
