Without a doubt, our stay at Alma's Apartment was the best decision to visit the island. Juan is an excellent host, from the departure of our flight he was attentive, he allowed us to enter early, he recommended places to visit, he helped us with the car rental, the property is as seen in the photos, excellent decoration and ideal design for couples. Juan, thank you so much for everything.

Shanaan is a great host. She gives clear instructions and the space matches the photos and everything for a good stay is present. Also think of the things you can't bring with you, such as a parasol. Fast and clear communication, definitely recommended.

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! We really enjoyed the stay at Ariadna’s place. Ariadna and her husband were extremely friendly and very responsive. The place when we arrived was just like the picture, very clean. The bathroom was clean, bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make meals. Outside was nice to relax by the pool and make use of the grill, we would definitely recommend Ariadna’s place!

Amazing condo in the Blue Bay resort area. We loved the fact that it was ground level and short walk to the beach whenever we wanted to. Coast restaurant in the evening was fantastic. The snorkeling at Blue Bay was also great out a bit toward the end of the rocks. Beds were very comfortable and ACs worked great throughout the condo. Everything is very clean and in new condition. The resort itself is very well kept up and maintained in excellent condition. The host is very responsive and was flexible on check-in and check out. We would stay here again. If you’re looking for a condo in the Blue Bay resort area look no further.

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

Our stay at the apartment was amazing! The place is excellent, very functional and beautiful, with everything we need. It is well located, in a gated community with a swimming pool, and is close to the beach, and supermarkets. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the host is a true superhost, very agile and attentive. Everything was perfect. I recommend it!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

Ris was a beautiful condo with the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay near great beaches.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. My man and I had this place to ourselves but it’s perfect for 2 couples. Balconies in both rooms and full bathrooms! It’s also in a perfect area very close to Maho plaza but you absolutely need to rent a car. I didn’t want to leave, it’s so beautiful and peaceful! I will definitely come back here for my next trip to Sint Maarten & Anguilla.

I was very happy while staying with Anna. I combined work with vacation. I asked for a working desk which I got - hence I was very happy. Everything was as described and photographed. I will be happy to come back.

Luxury spacious house, tastefully decorated, everything you need is there. We stayed with a family with two children aged 13 and 15. Car in front of the door and shared swimming pool 20 meters away. Next month, this home will also have its own private pool! Great location for tranquility and perfect base; a few minutes drive to Jan Thiel Beach and also within 10 minutes you are on Mambo Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. Everything we needed for a comfortable daily routine was thoughtfully provided: from a fully equipped kitchen to all the bathroom essentials. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, conveniently located close to the airport and with supermarkets nearby, which made everything even more practical and enjoyable. What truly made a difference was how warm and welcoming the space felt. The beds were incredibly cozy, the living areas were relaxing, and the whole house had a fresh, pleasant scent that made us feel instantly at ease. Perdita herself is an absolute gem! Kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering great local tips and recommendations that enriched our time in Curaçao. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this house!
