Lovely flat just outside Hathersage.

JennyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Friendly hosts. The Loft has been done to a very high standard. Comfy bed and good quality linens and towels. Spotlessly clean and has everything we needed for a short self catering stay. The beam in the living area is quite low, so you have to watch your head and the spiral staircase is a bit of a squeeze if you have bulky luggage. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area for another break. Great hiking from the property. Hathersage is a close enough stroll away and a very lovely village with a fabulous deli!

Heart of Hathersage cottage.

Thank you Robert for letting us rent your beautiful cottage. Our family had a lovely stay and it was well placed to be able to walk to the venue for our sister's 60th birthday party at the memorial hall. Will definitely recommend to others.

Peak District Home from Home!

TanyaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Would highly recommend a stay in India’s beautiful home. Spacious, comfortable and homely. The beds were so comfortable - my youngest son loved the Harry Potter-style bed under the stairs!- and it was really well located for some amazing walks, which was what we came for. India left some recommendations, one of which was a visit to Froggats Edge, and this was spectacular so I would absolutely recommend a visit there. India was also extremely communicative before our trip with information, and during our stay offered to bring us a bbq from her home as the previous guests had broken the one at the air bnb meaning we couldn’t use it. India offered this without us even asking.

Pond View Cottage

LyndaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a very happy, relaxed, but active few days in Pond Cottage. It is small upstairs, yes, but a lovely big bedroom and a modern shower room downstairs. The location is excellent - we had a lovely arrival walk by the river, cycled from the door (what an uphill day that was!), walked the Edges and generally enjoyed all that Hathersage had to offer ... great pubs (The George and the Plough particularly), the pool, great Bakery and fantastic Butcher. We would book again - spotless accommodation, friendly hosts and everything you could need. Be prepared to wash up the old fashioned way - no dishwasher. We found it quite relaxing to be free of the loading/unloading entailed, but just so you are aware. Beautiful outlook from the lounge window upstairs. Really a super find, we hope to return one day.

We had a lovely weekend at Cliffe Cottage. Andree was very helpful with communicating and Kevin was very welcoming. The room is comfortable and clean with everything you need and some extras to make your stay. it was raining so we didn't use the outdoor seating but this would be lovely in the sun. A short walk from town, cafes and restaurants and the Peak District on your doorstep so no driving. Would definitely come again.
