Our 80 sq. m apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
