Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern furnished apartment with mountain views. "Small but nice" this description fits exactly into the 35 sqm apartment with a lot of love for detail. It was equipped with high-quality furniture such as a box-spring bed with the dimensions 160 × 200 without a footboard. My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Hikers and bikers will get their money's worth in summer and in winter there are ski resorts nearby.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.
