Looking for a quiet place near the city? Take a look at our house in Svartskog, just 30 minutes from Oslo. The property includes its own private beach and dock – great for a morning swim or fishing. The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.

Huset er innredet etter landskapet det ligger i. Furu, granitt, marmor, kobber, speil og glass reflekterer den storslåtte naturen. På terassen utenfor kan du fyre opp grill- eller bålpanne, følge med på fjordlivet og la roen senke seg. Det er kort vei ned til flere badeplasser, dere kan gå kyststien, eller, chille.

Velkommen til Bjerkelia, en hyggelig hytte med plass til 4 personer! Det er mulig med oppredning i stua (sovesofa). Hytta har et lite kjøkken, stue, to soverom (deles av forheng), utedusj (m/ varmt vann i sommermnd.), forbrenningstoalett og koselig uteplass. Er du heldig kommer det rådyr eller elg forbi! Det er fine turmuligheter, og en idyllisk karpedam i nærheten. Hytta ligger en times reise med kollektiv (båt og buss) fra Aker Brygge (evt. 35 minutters kjøring). Velkommen til Bjerkelia!

Flott villa med basseng, jacuzzi og fjordutsikt!

Nyt sommeren nær sjøen med alle fasiliteter. Stort oppvarmet svømmebasseng, jacuzzi til avslappende sommerkvelder og stor hage til lek og moro. Badehus med koselig sofagruppe, grill og flere sittegrupper ute rundt bassengområde. To deilige solstoler. Huset er under renovering og 2.etg er ikke en del av utleieområdet da det er uferdig. Huset består nå av hovedetasje og kjeller, i alt tre soverom, 2 bad (hvorav kun det ene har toalett), vaskerom, kjøkken, spisestue med nydelig utsikt og stue.

The Garden apartment

A self contained apartment on the ground floor of the main house which was finished in 2019. The apartment has a bespoke interior which includes a kitchen and bathroom. The space has one generous king-size bed, a daybed and a single pullout matress. The accommodation is located on the peaceful Nesodden peninsula with a 5 minute walk to the beach along quiet paths or a quick ferry ride to Akerbrygge, the heart of Oslo. Shops restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.

A secluded graden with dinnertable, hammock and a campfire pan, two stable kayaks with wet suits and life jacets are at your free disposal. Fantastic opportunities for outdoor life and relaxation and just one hour from the heart of Oslo. Communication by bus and ferry every 30 minutes.
