In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village close to Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and the Auvergne lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

Close to shops (3-minute walk) Local market on Friday morning. Come and discover and visit this beautiful region of Auvergne!

Charming 30 m² Maisonette for 2

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. This house has a real story because before it was so beautiful, it was an abandoned house where legend says that a family with 5 children lived there. It is certainly one of the first houses in the village. We put all our energy into making this place pleasant and modern. The highlight of this house? The calm of a "small village of character" with the immediate proximity of all the amenities of a city.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

Nearby you can find many tourist attractions, hiking trails, as well as the Super-Besse ski resort. Not to mention, of course, exclusive access to the estate's jacuzzi, to recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

Come and relax in this fully renovated cottage, natural light and calm will bring you serenity and well-being. You enter through a glass window that distributes the living room and kitchen, the whole is on the ground floor with a dining area. Go upstairs via the steep staircase; you will find a spacious bedroom with three openings, allowing you to enjoy unobstructed views of the garden. The shower room and toilet are separated.
