The house is partly covered in the famous white stone from Brac. The kitchen is small but functional, and the living room is a comfy zone with a large 55 inch LG tv, good wifi, free Netflix and Hbo max. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, mini oven, microwave, coffee machine and AC.

The cottage is located in a secluded 2.2 km from the village of Murvica, 50 meters from the beach. The road is a gravel road as can be seen in the Arrival Instructions. Hot water and electricity are available from a solar collector. The battery capacity does not allow the use of large consumers (oven, air conditioning). Water is rainwater from the tank. An outdoor fireplace is also available for use.
