Si tratta di una casa indipendente con due camere da letto luminose: una con letto singolo e una con letto matrimoniale. La prima presenta una finestra mentre la seconda dispone di un balcone. La casa, inoltre, dispone di un soggiorno con tv, due poltrone e un frigobar, un bagno e due ulteriori stanze che non essendo ancora pronte, possono essere sfruttate per qualsiasi esigenza (ripostiglio ecc). Davanti la porta di casa c'è un parcheggio che non è privato ma gratuito e disponibile.
