Umendra is a very kind and friendly host. She always made sure we felt comfortable at her place. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone. This is a beautiful unit with excellent views .even better than the pictures on the Airbnb website. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance Buddhika was very helpful too he even came late at night to hand over the keys to us.

Nath and Pamodha are more like family than hosts. My wife and I stayed in their unit for a long-term visit to Colombo, and their hospitality exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal—within 10 minutes of nearly everything—and the building is exceptional, with pools, a gym, and friendly staff. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with cookware, utensils, snacks, drinks, and a kind welcome note. The WiFi was excellent, and the smart TV with Netflix was perfect for relaxing. The bedroom had blackout curtains, which made for an amazing sleep. The area felt very safe, and building security was top-notch. What truly made the stay special was Nath and Pamodha’s personal touch—they even took us out for lunch and gave us a tour of Colombo. The comfort, convenience, and warmth they provided made this one of our most memorable stays. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an incredible experience in Colombo.

Second time we stayed here and it didn’t let us down. Very much private as described. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning in a near future.

thanks to the host for flexible check-in process because I came little bit earlier so he offered me the identical apartment that was already prepared for my check in and i could take a good rest. the apartment is perfectly clean itself, and the building is also very nice, i loved the rooftop and pool area! The location cannot be better and I also was lucky to face the festival of Wesak that was happening just on the same street. It was all of the lights and amazing vibes - so beautiful. I will come again!

The apartment is conveniently located close to all the amenities. The apartment was clean and modern with all the necessary facilities for a comfy stay. Chiran and his farther was able to ready the place on a very short notice and really thankful for that. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place for a stay in Colombo.

Sarath is a fantastic host! Sarath and his team took very good care of my family who stayed at the place and made them feel safe and comfortable throughout. He was proactive and clear with instructions and any information. This was a clean apartment in a good location, highly recommended - and well worth the price!

Great place as described in the listing. We faced a long powercut (4hrs) right after we checked in. I believe it was a one time thing. Really like the way he approached the situation. Praba was proactive to inform about the alternatives he can provide. The amenities were of great help as we were in Colombo for a wedding reception

Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Wonderful host. Always in touch. Always going to meet. Checked in earlier, allowed to check out later. All wishes and questions were answered with help. Responded clearly to the inconvenience. The house is big and probably one of the best in the area. It's a pity there was no pool. We enjoyed everything.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

The villa is super comfortable and feels like being at home. We loved the whole space and the front garden with the parking as well. Super responsive and proactive host, can’t fault him whatsoever. Some parts are still being built but that didn’t bother/affect us. Will definitely book again next time!

This is a gorgeous little house in the middle of Maharagama. It’s sparkling clean and the hosts, Nandima and Chandani were great. I arrived late and they were very helpful. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is really nice. You get the whole top floor complete with lovely balcony. I come to Sri Lanka a lot and will stay here next time I’m in the country.

Mr. Kalinga property was one of the best deal I ever had in Airbnb. Entire property is awesome with quiet neighbor. Negombo beach and market is not much far from this place and can be easily accessed by Tuk Tuk through pickme app. Property is exactly same as what described. Kitchen and bathroom are perfectly clean as described in pictures. You can find all cooking utensils, fridge and gas to cook your own meal. There are big and small grocery shops at walking distance for daily needs. Wifi speed is very good without any issue. All items are new as this property is recently build. Mr. Kalinga is a very kind hearted person who takes good care of guests. Appreciate his kind hospitality and would highly recommend to go ahead with his property.

Second time at Dinusha’s place and I felt right at home! Everything was perfect. As always, Dinusha was the kindest, most responsive host, going above and beyond to assist us in whatever we needed. This is the best Airbnb option in Colombo for my family.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Colombo. The hosts communicated very well from the initial contact we had with them. They were professional in their services, flexible, the apartment was also very clean and the linen was good quality.

Great host, clean place and closer to all Colombo finest attractions. Few things to note/fix for a better experience. Bathroom shower door clashes to the tile AC in the first bedroom leaks heavily and if the collection bucket isn't emptied often it causes a flood

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)
