Villa vacation rentals in Negombo

Our flight landed in Colombo late in the evening and with three young children, we wanted somewhere convenient, nearby the airport. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The hosts arranged pick up from the airport as well as a day trip around the sights of Negombo the next day. Our children had heard about Sri Lankan Hoppers and want to try them so the hosts arranged for a Hopper chef to come over and cook us a wonderful Sri Lankan dinner. The whole stay was fantastic. The property is very private and the team there are fabulous. I would highly recommend for families wanting to explore Negombo.

We had an amazing stay. The views surrounding the house and the interiors of the house were absolutely stunning. Every part of the house was so thoughtfully designed and decorated. The best part of the stay was the delicious vegetarian food which we throughly enjoyed. Sam, Sandun and team were extremely hospitable, warm and helpful. We look forward to staying at the BNB again very soon :)

mr. Duminda is a super good person and has organized his villa perfectly

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

Have lost count of the number of times we have stayed at Solar Crab. If you are looking for a gorgeous property that is peaceful and serene and with an awesome chef and comforts, this is the location for you! Cannot recommend the property any higher!

The pool was very nice and clean. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful. This place is feels remote and closed off which is great for relaxing within the premise the villa although the neighbourhood isn’t all that great for tourists unless if they are local. The beds and furniture were all clean and spotless. The sheets are clean. The AC works well. Overall it was good place.

Peacock Villa within the Waterland Hotel was spacious, beautifully fitted out and had a lovely, breezy veranda surrounded by the canal and greenery. It also has a great private plunge pool. Location is just a short tuk tuk ride away to restaurants and shops, and an easy ride to the airport. A great entry or exit point. The host was friendly and responsive, and the team onsite were very kind and accommodating which we really appreciated. Fantastic stay, highly recommended. Thank you.

The place is really good and huge. The private pool is really nice. Overall 100 across the board. We faced a small issue that the blankets were not enough for every room. But I am really sure, that would have been fixed by Duminda if we were staying the next day. Also Duminda was really helpful with the early checkin for us. All in all the place is a hidden gem, and I would really stay here if I need a space close to the airport!

This is a brand new villa. with full facilities. near amenities. very clean, great stay for family and friends. minutes drive to famous delicious restaurant, clubs and pubs. near town. Great host daily keep in touch on our needs. there's are peacocks to greet you on rooftop. love the lake at the backyard. beautiful view. Definitely will come back again. We’ve had a very pleasant stay at Rose Villa! The place was exactly how it was described. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with excellent security. The Villa is very spacious, with all the amenities, has fully equipped kitchen and nice toilets. There is a beautiful spacious terrace convenient for a gathering. Chandhana was an outstanding host, easy to communicate and very attentive. We had an issue with the ac and it was also attended to immediately. We recommend this place, if you are looking for a beautiful place to relax with family and with all the facilities.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Treetop Villa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The lush surroundings created a serene atmosphere that helped me unwind immediately. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect escape. One of the best features of Treetop Villa is that it’s pet-friendly! My two golden retrievers had an absolute blast exploring the property. They loved running around in the open spaces. Peshani was incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, convenience and not too far from Colombo, especially with your furry friends, I highly recommend Treetop Villa.

On arrival we were received with 2 welcome drinks and 2 cold towels, then she show us around the property as its very big and finished to a very high standard. The place was unbelievable nice, don't hesitate on the booking you won't regret it.

Perfect location for a relaxing hangout and a stay over. Easy to find. The lake view makes it very peaceful. Cozy colonial infusion, interior decor makes the property makes you feel like you are at home as soon as you reach the property. All the kitchen appliances you need is there. Very clean. Ample parking. The host Mr. Dinesh and his family are one of the most kind and friendly hosts I’ve met during my traveling all over the country. It’s a simply a must visit place. Worth every penny spent. Can’t wait to visit there again. :)

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

The villa is in great condition and at good location esp we were heading to Anu after the stay. Rooms are clean and with ac and this is definitely value for money place in Negombo.

Beautiful, stylish new house. The owner arranged excellent airport pick-up and his family showed me around the house upon my arrival. The family live next door and were gracious and helpful hosts.

Good for a one night stay.

Great house, great staff. They even drove us many hourse to our next stay. If you arrive to Colombo, this is definetly the best way to start off your trip!
