We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

New studio with independent entrance in a quiet and residential area. Electric roller shutters. Parking space. Modern kitchen with induction hob, extraction hood, fridge, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker and kettle. The studio adjoining my home is separated by the garage for more privacy. The south-facing terrace will bathe your accommodation in sunlight from the first rays. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Tallard, about 30 minutes from the ski resorts and Lake Serre Ponçon.

The log cabin

Enjoy a magnificent view of the start of the Ecrins, quiet, in a log cabin. The chalet is located on the edge of the forest, on the edge of the red fruit farm of Mur'Mûres d'Isabelle. Located near Gap, at the foot of Ceüse Mountain, offering many opportunities for outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, Lake Pelleautier, horseback riding...). Ski resorts 35 km away: Joue du loup, Ancelle. If there is snow at our place, access to the chalet ends on foot for 50 m.

The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. This is an apartment in a two-story house, the owner is below and there are very few neighbors. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
