We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad, lekker gewandeld, mooie dorpjes bezocht en genoten van de zee. De gastheren waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij!

Το κατάλυμα αξίζει τα λεφτά του,είναι κοντά στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο,έχει πολυ ησυχια,ο ιδιοκτήτης απάντησε αμέσως όταν τον χρειάστηκα.Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι το θέμα με το αρκετά σκληρό στρώμα και την έλλειψη σιτας στα παράθυρα και μπαλκονοπορτες!!!Παρ' όλα αυτά,το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα ξανά πήγαινα άνετα.

Η κα. Νονα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρητικη, το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ζεστό. Δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Όλα ήταν εξαίρετα!!!!!!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

Het is precies of je de eerste gast ooit bent! Alles is zeer proper. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt in de studio. Het is het mooiste gebouw in de omgeving. Er is een leuke buitenplaats waar je ‘s avonds op je gemak een aperitiefje kan drinken. Goede restaurants die je te voet kan bereiken. De parking was voor onze huurauto ook een meerwaarde! En de host was een berichtje verwijderd met snelle respons. Top drie van de beste air bnb’s die wij al bezocht hebben over heel de wereld! Dankjewel

Είναι ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα, ντελικάτο με κομψή διακόσμηση και όλα είναι πολύ καθαρά! Το προτείνω σε όλους. Η μικρή βεράντα είναι όμορφη, Όπως και πολύ όμορφος διακοσμημένος ο κήπος

Great central apartment. Fridge stocked with wine and water as well as milk and butter. Snacks also provided. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

Vasiliki und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe meinen Urlaub in Volos sehr genossen. Toll war der geräumige Balkon und die Nähe zu den Tsipourou - Restaurants. Auch zum Wandern regt die Gegend sehr an, auf dem Weg nach Agria givttes schöne Badestrände

Πέρασα υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ταξίδι εργασίας ή χαλάρωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για κάθε απορία. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

καθαρός χώρος, προσεγμένος, όμορφος, άνετος, μεγάλος. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από τον οικοδεσπότη. θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Η κυρία Αθανασία παρά πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστείς. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Ευχάριστη διαμονή στον Βόλο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν χωρίς υπερβολές πέντε λεπτά από το κέντρο με αποτέλεσμα να μην χρειαστεί να κινήσω αυτοκίνητο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν απόλυτα λειτουργικό με εξαιρετικές παροχές. Είχε όλα όσα θα χρειαστεί κάποιος. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και εξαιρετικά εργονομικός. Ο κύριος Γιώργος ήταν πολύ ευχάριστος κατά την άφιξη μας, μας έδειξε τον χώρο και φυσικά μας ενημέρωσε πλήρως. Κάτι που ξεχώρισε ήταν το γεγονός ότι επειδή είχαμε αυτοκίνητο μας έστειλε μήνυμα να μας ενημερώσει ότι αν και ήμασταν κοντά στο κέντρο αν χρειαστεί να μετακινήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο στο χώρο του λιμανιού να προσέξουμε που να παρκάρουμε για να μην φάμε πρόστιμο καθώς και πια εφαρμογή είναι κατάλληλη για τους χώρους ελεγχόμενης στάθμευσης. Θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψη στην πόλη του βόλου το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

This is an excellent stay exactly as described, located in the heart of everything. I have stayed before and will stay again. Absolutely love it.

Great, private and peaceful place, awesome sunrises for the early risers. Very close to Volos and other nearby towns with lots of restaurants right on the beaches. You'll definitely get your steps in going to the Rooftop but it's in the name, so be prepared! We enjoyed the extra steps. Our only complaint was the hot tub not getting as hot as we would like. However, we enjoyed lots of activities, I actually proposed right across the street at a very nice beach-front restaurant, and we had some great relaxation out on the private patio. Would stay here again!

Un excellent séjour dans une magnifique villa . Une grande piscine qui permet de nager et des prestations hors du commun et de très haut niveau. Alfonso et son équipe sont disponibles et extrêmement attentionnés. Nous recommandons vivement !
