Two bedroom flat near the sea

The apartment is on the first floor of a building which has a basement, ground floor and the first floor. It is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has a spacious living room with A/C, two large bedrooms both with A/C, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games and books. There is underfloor central heating and a fireplace. You can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 7€/basket.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.
