The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space where you can see from the bedroom. We will place comfortable beds of 2.20 with slats according to the guests' wishes. There is a modern practical kitchen, coffee, tea and everything you need to cook. We don't have TV, but you can borrow books and magazines or crack crosswords. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and that's enough, the house is well insulated. You set the temperature yourself. It's usually a little less in the room.

In the summer you can taste barefoot or enjoy the warmly cool river water in the canyons, or take advantage of the 300m-long bridge over the river. Transportation waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, just a toilet is a short drive to a wooden house (dry toilet). You'll sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass screen overlooking the lips. You may also see a grain on your morning pasture right from the bed.

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

Cozy cabin in the south of Brno

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
