The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and is a great starting point for trips to the Bohemian Uplands and nearby Prague.

The village of Tisá is a beautiful tourist resort in the Ore Mountains known mainly for its unique sandstone rocks. The house can serve as an ideal base for mountaineering, hiking, or biking enthusiasts. The expansive adjacent meadow is a popular spot for kitting enthusiasts in the fall and winter-whether with tricycles or skis. In summer, bathing in a nearby pond.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
