Had a great time in Coltishall. Damian & Cassy let us check in early and we arrived to a basket of goodies & a good board and they let us check in much earlier in the day when it was ready. Would recommend

Park House Retreat In the heart of Norfolk broads

EllieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We just spent a few days at The Retreat and everything was perfect. It is in a peaceful, rural location but with an excellent pub almost next door (Salhouse Lodge) which has great food and is dog friendly. We visited with our nervous dog and Mark and Marion were very accommodating of her - the private garden was also secure for her to run around in. You get a gorgeous view of the sunset from The Retreat and it’s also a great view for spotting wildlife - we saw a Little Owl and Red Kite from the garden :) You can walk from The Retreat to Salhouse Broads and we also drove to nearby beaches. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Relax in Clover

I was staying for work purposes so was looking for off road parking, private and peaceful if possible. Every item crossed off, Zoe gave detailed instructions to find her place and off road parking, surroundings were so lovely so if you like nature then this place is for you, no road noise etc which as I am from the Midlands was lovely to get away from lol. Description matched reality, warm enough for me, even though I was only staying for 2 nights Zoe left me a small bottle of milk and some biscuits as well as plenty of tea and coffee. Which I have stayed at other AirBnB's for the same or even longer and had nothing. I hope I can stay again when I am back working in the area and I definitely recommend Zoe's place if you like peace and quiet :)

Pheasant Cottage

JoanneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Well another 5 Star stay at Pheasant Cottage! It's the 4th time we have stayed here and we love it. Marta is always ready to answer any questions you have so do ask her, She is very quick to reply. We used Pheasant cottage as a base to explore Norfolk more widely this year we managed to see Sutton Hoo it was on the bucket list. We also visited Cromer, Reedham( book an afternoon tea at the Post Office tea room find on FB) Sheringham and Horsey Wind Pump(NT). Pheasant Cottage is a home from home and beautifully relaxing after a busy day. Always plenty of hot water for a super shower and the bed is soooo comfy! If you find the Peacocks a little noisy check out the bedside drawers- ear plugs provided a great thoughtful addition to your stay. We're use to them now so they don't bother us.Plenty of boat trips at Wroxham and don't forget to visit Roy's store too . Thanks again for another fab stay Marta we look forward to visiting you every year. Andrew and Joanne - Sheffield

Sailaway Holiday Cottage

CamillaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely place to stay with its own private and peaceful garden corner and seating. Situated on the Broads, good base to visit Norwich as well as having beautiful walks and surroundings. We loved the easy access to many places of interest nearby - Hoveton gardens and cafe' are 10 minutes away and are absolutely gorgeous. We also enjoyed the rising sun in Coltishall which is right by the river and offers good food too. For quieter evenings indoors the TV has outstanding sound, excellent collection of films and it feels like being at the cinema! The accomodation is tastefully done and very pleasing. Terence and Annette are excellent hosts, we highly recommend it. Not forgetting Barton Turf Church with the medieval angels 😇

Waterside Cottage - Hot Tub, Mooring, Arcade, Bar

MichelleRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Wow, wow wow.......What a fantastic place to stay. It felt roomy, comfortably, clean & bright. Everything was modern and the access at the rear of the garden was excellent for kayaking, boating & fishing. Hot tub, pool table and fire pit was a plus. Can highly recommend the White Horse Inn which was a 2 minute walk away in the small village.
An open living and dining area is highlighted by high ceilings and large bi-fold doors that offer expansive views of the countryside. A wooden dining table with black chairs is situated alongside a foosball table and a cozy seating arrangement, complemented by a smart TV mounted on the wall.

This house was perfect for our family of 10, children and adults. Lovely big bedrooms and bathrooms. A great open space in a great location, walking distance to the local pub. The house has everything you need and was lovely to see horses and rabbits from the windows. Great communication from the hosts, we are looking forward to going back again
