Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

The accommodation is a self contained en-suite accommodation in a quiet semi rural location. It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . Here you can relax while listening to the sound of the water running in the brook below. The cabin is perfectly located and we are within 3 mins of junction 37 on the M4 and are within two miles of Margam Country Park. A 15 min drive will put you in the costal town of Porthcawl and Bridgend. We are a 35 min drive from the beautiful beaches of the Gower and the new Tower zip line.

The Pod in the Valleys comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (one small) with access to a gas cooker and outdoor seating for dining.
