Holiday home 8 minutes walk to beach

LowriRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Was a great place to stay when we visited the Urdd Eisteddfod which was held in Margam Park this year. The house was very clean and Yan was very easy to get in touch with if we required anything. We have 4 young children, who loved the added bonus of the toys that were in the house. Everything you would need for a short stay was in the house. Thank you 😊

Ty Sophie

IrisRating, 5 stars25 months ago
Sophie's place is perfect for me when I am working in the area. There is an Asda 5 minutes down the road, and it is convenient for me to travel to work from her place. I feel right at home staying at her house, with a well equipped kitchen, good parking for one car, wifi and a clean bathroom. For those who want to visit and explore the national park, it's a perfect location with lots of hiking options only a short car drive away.

Gateway to the gower. Detached private house.

JasperRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our 2 month stay at the Airbnb was everything we could’ve asked for. Alex is a brilliant host and is always attentive when needed! The cinema room is definitely a highlight, where we spent plenty of evenings chilling after a long day. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for both short and long stays. All rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is great, only a 10-15 minute drive into town and really accessible to get to from the M4. We managed to get to the gower a few times which was absolutely stunning on a sunny day.
A spacious stone exterior showcases a two-story home with multiple windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the warm, earthy tones of the structure. Lush greenery and colorful planters line the pathway, leading to a gravel driveway that provides ample parking space.

Mill House Great for outdoor activities

NasrinRating, 5 stars35 months ago
When we first stumbled upon this house on, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Claire is the most thoughtful host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Added bonus of tea and coffee, shampoo and conditioner if needed. Large bedrooms with really comfy beds, great bathroom/shower rooms. Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice wow factor. Location was fab semi-rural area cycle path right on the doorstep with a children’s park 2 minutes down the track. The donkeys in the paddock adjoining the garden were a delight along with the wild rabbits. Close to a big supermarket and retail outlet which was handy. We would highly recommend this wonderful house. The place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming.

Steel Town | Contractor & Family Stay with Hot Tub

SanaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I had a fantastic experience staying here! From the moment I booked, the communication was smooth and seamless. The home was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and I felt like I was in the heart of everything yet still able to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. The only issue we had was with the hot tub which was sorted the following day. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The host went above and beyond to ensure the hot tub was fixed, and even provided some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Check-in was hassle-free, and I appreciated how welcoming and responsive Host was. I truly felt taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

Charming 3 bedroom house with a warmth character

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Good value for money, plenty of space for our family of 4. We stayed with our 5 and 2 year old for a half term break. The town itself isn't that interesting, but it was within 20minutes of lots of nice things to do and see. There was a stair gate on the top bedroom (not pictured on the adverts) which meant we were happy for our 5 year old to spend the night up there without risk of falling down open stairs. He loved sleeping "in the roof"! Blackout blinds/curtains in all rooms, we brought our own portable one for the small room so it was super dark for the 2yo. Great kitchen for prepping quick meals, nice bathrooms and living areas. We bought our own fire stick so we could plug it in to the TV. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our liking but very much personal preference. Overall, it was exactly as described, spotless on arrival and great value for money for a family stay in the Brecon Beacons, thank you Lewis.

We stayed at Cheryl & Charley’s beautiful home for 2 nights as my partner attended the Swansea half-marathon. It was literally like home from home & felt so at peace from the moment we stepped through the door. They thought of everything down to high chair, toys, books & travel cot for our little girl. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay, my partner is planning on booking Swansea half-marathon again for 2026 therefore we will 100% be coming back to stay 😊

Afan Lodge Apartments , in Wales

KimRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Fantastic host! Very attentive and had thought of everything. We arrived at Afan Lodge in the dark, when we woke up and looked out the window the next day we were greeted by the most wonderful view. I traveled with my two young (5&10yrs) children and while we were at the Lodge they were kept busy with all of the bits that Krisztina had supplied and use of the garden. Afan Lodge is a great base to get to attractions and surrounding areas, with a 20 minute drive to the beach. The valley would also be a fantastic place to go biking! We would definitely visit again

Mountain Lodge with magical views

ChrisRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This is a unique property within easy reach of Cardiff, but far enough out to feel like you are in the depths of the beautiful Welsh countryside. Lesley is a fabulous host who came up to check everything was ok soon after we arrived. She also presented us with Welsh Cakes, milk and biscuits which kicked off our stay perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet in with your Cardiff and surrounding countryside trip. Perfect.
