Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Hello everyone! Our house is located in Panagia, a neighborhood with scenic narrow streets in the old town of Kavala city. It´s a detached house with the ground floor occupied by us and the first floor for Airbnb hosting. We use airbnb in all of our trips and we are delighted and satisfied. We speak greek, english and spanish and would be happy to host you in our place!

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.

Nice and comfortable apartment ideal for holidays. No need to worry about traveling to swim. The apartment is just a few steps from the beach.Wear your swimming costumes and enjoy the crystal clear waters of the sea without carrying a lot of stuff. There is an organised beach in front of the house. You can enjoy your meals, your drinks, your coffee.
