It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

Clovelly studio is self contained.

Clovelly studio is a completely self contained (own entry door ) very comfortable little 3 roomed studio which is part of our main property.king size bed with superior mattress and bedding , kitchenette ( no oven or hob just microwave) with welcome tea coffee sugar,etc, toaster ,kettle and fridge with freezer compartment, enough crockery and cutlery to make a snack or enjoy a local takeaway .a Shower room with fluffy towels and basic toiletries. Wifi and full sky tv
