The location is privileged, with great options for tours. Land with 1,600m² of grassed area and fruit trees offering various leisure items such as: soccer field, swimming pool with deck, barbecue, kayak, orchard, ping pong, billiards, sky tv (complete package including PFC).

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful beach house, in a gated community, with direct beach access and complete infrastructure; playground, soccer field and volleyball court. As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.
