Independent gîte on two levels, 36 m² on the ground in a comfortable wooden chalet. Located on 850 m2 of land, close to forests, pastures, at the foot of the Parmelan and marked trails for hiking. 2 electric heaters, 1 pellet stove. Sheets included. Towels 8 euros/person

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
