Dear guests, I warmly welcome you to my apartment: fully equipped, cozy, bright, spacious (about 55 square meters).... I particularly appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 minutes by tram), to the New Trade Fair (8 minutes by car) and to Abtnaundorfer Park (2 minutes walk), the green oasis right outside the front door. In my spacious roof garden you can relax above the rooftops of the city and unwind. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.

I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

My pretty apartment is suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.

I found my two hosts, Lisa and Petr, extremely friendly. I felt like I was among friends. The cat was also an emotional reward on my trip :) The room was a little cramped, just like in the photo, but I never felt cramped because I was also allowed to stay in the common areas. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and is not far from the center. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Jens' apartment is quietly located and still has a great connection to both the city center and the trade fair - perfect for a short stay in Leipzig! Jens was always friendly and was available for any questions. I would come back! Important: bring your own hair dryer!
