This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking not allowed. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are on Utö. A map is located in the house. A nice little restaurant is within walking distance. "The community" The mine is about 4 km away where several restaurants, grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier.

The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.
