Wonderful duplex, accommodated 6 adults and 1 child very well. Impeccable house, complete with everything. Kitchen utensils, comfort and excellent location. For those who like practicality, the place is close to everything, pharmacies, bar, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, fair and beach. You can do everything on foot. Wonderful host, and Mr. Cicero who received us was very polite and receptive. I recommend and will be back soon!

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

Excellent space. Fragrant, comfortable, pleasant to be in. With everything you need for a good stay (clean and fragrant bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue). Close to the beach and close to downtown Ponta Negra (10 km by car). We loved the space in general and would definitely come back.

Simply perfect! One of the best stays we've ever stayed. Everything is very organized, very well located with markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The house is super cozy, with lots of kitchen utensils and even bath towels available. The only negative point was the pool deck, which was a little loose and soft, and an accident or injury could occur. But even with rain, we enjoyed it a lot! And we're already thinking about coming back 🥰

We had a great experience at Oswaldo's house in Ponta Negra, Rio Grande do Norte. The house is excellent, exactly as described in the listing, with all the equipment and items working perfectly. The atmosphere is comfortable and well cared for, providing a very pleasant stay. In addition, Oswaldo was an exemplary host: always helpful, he welcomed us very well and was always available to help us throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Wonderful, cozy house. The neighborhood is great, has several restaurants, markets and is very close to the beach. There were 8 of us and it accommodated us very well. We'll definitely be back more often.

The duplex made me feel like I was in a comfortable and pleasant cabin! Place close to beaches and the craft fair, shops. Safe place for family and very reminiscent of a village, with church, bell...I loved it!!!

The accommodation was for my parents and family. The host was always available when needed and had good communication. The pool was always cleaned when necessary and the house was clean and organized. Without any complaints about anything, my parents really enjoyed the stay.

UNFORGETTABLE experience in Natal! We stayed at this amazing 3-bedroom house, but it had 4, between April 15 and 22, 2025, and it was just perfect! A real rustic gem, super cozy and very well equipped — we felt at home from the first moment! The house has a beautiful rustic style, super charming and impeccably clean. The rooms were all with comfortable beds, clean, fragrant sheets, each with its own TV and air-conditioning working perfectly (although, most of the time, we didn't even need to turn on the air, because the natural ventilation and the clay roof kept everything cool). The spacious living room, the balconies with hammocks, the super complete kitchen and the functional service area made all the difference. We didn't miss anything at all — we only bought the cleaning items because the rest was already there, ready to use. A true haven of peace, comfort and practicality. Staying for 10 days in this house was wonderful, a simple house, but with everything you need and better go out, spend the day out, come back and feel at home!
