Excellent flat in the best area of Ponta Negra. Renovated in July 2023. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema, bars, buses, taxis and commerce in general. Quiet and safe, with 24:00 p.m. check-in, located on the 3rd floor. Spacious and clean. One bedroom with a double bed, another with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both with a wardrobe and air-conditioning. One bathroom. No cleaning fee or additional fees! Everything to make you feel at home. Welcome!!
