Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Natal

Second time I've come back to this wonderful place. My family and I simply love this place, close to cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, beach. The front desk staff are super attentive. Quiet place, no noise. Alexandre is super eager too. Anyway, I highly recommend Paradise Flat! ❤️

Extremely attentive and cordial host, always ready to help and offered valuable tips to make the most of the region. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a safe and quiet area. The accommodation has a digital electronic lock, which provides practicality and security in access, in addition to a 24-hour doorman, ensuring total comfort and tranquility during the stay. I highly recommend it!

The stay was very good, it is super close to the Ponta Negra waterfront. There is a pharmacy, market, bar and laundry nearby. Super functional and clean apartment! We recommend it with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, bakery, market and several snack bars nearby. I'm from Natal but I haven't lived in the city for a few years. I am in the city with my family for a few months and I was feeling the need to isolate myself in some place to be able to work more focused in the last few weeks before submitting my thesis. Ana's apt was one of the very few I found with an office type space and appropriate chair for those who work using the computer for long periods (which I understand, since most people who use airbnb are more for tourism). The place is like the photos. Everything is very well organized. I loved the stay and managed to work very well. I stayed most of the time in the apt, in fact using the spaces, and felt at home. This neighborhood is more residential and very close to day-to-day commerce. Location good for those who need to move inside the city. I have no complaint about anything. I highly recommend it.

An excellent flat in Ponta Negra, 24-hour reception always available to help, a clean and organized flat, had everything we needed, a spectacular view of Ponta Negra and the Morro do Careca, too beautiful, I would definitely stay there again, I just missed a standing clothesline for when I get wet from the beach or pool to put the clothes to dry, otherwise the experience was extraordinary, I would definitely recommend it for accommodation.

The apartment is very well located, in the same block as Carrefour. The condominium is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment is small but comfortable, everything is clean and with all the necessary items in the kitchen. In the bathrooms, there is fragrant liquid soap in the sinks. The hostess is very kind. It would return for sure.

The apartment is impeccable, with a clean and organized atmosphere that conveys coziness and tranquility. Each room is well lit, with pleasant and functional decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is well maintained and arranged in a practical way, while the air is fresh and the overall feeling is one of care and zeal. However, the entrance has a small setback: the doorman, on two occasions, tried to prevent access, which can cause some discomfort. Despite this, the interior of the apartment compensates for any inconvenience, being a comfortable and well-maintained refuge.

I recommend the accommodation. The view from the apartment is great, you can see the entire black tip beach. Apartment in a residential condominium, quiet and well ventilated. Nice pool. Comfortable rooms. The kitchen with various utensils as advertised. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk to the beach along the slopes of Ponta Negra.

I will return with the certainty and super indication for those who are looking for a clean, cozy place, with a wonderful view, worthy of soap opera.

Great place, well located, easy access to the center by car and the apartment is very comfortable

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. I will come back for sure.

I recently stayed at an incredible Airbnb in Jacumã, RN, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the sand. Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

The one thing I will say is the pictures of the place don't do it justice. Not only is the house very large and spacious, it's located it a lovely gated community which has a number of nice pools, tennis court, workout room, etc. It's also steps from 2 private beaches. Also, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable host. Michelle and Rose were extremely quick to fix any issues we had. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We couldn't have been happier.

The location of the house is very good for walking to UFRN and also to Ponta Negra beach, it is close to everything. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Whenever I go back to Natal, I'll try to stay at this house.
