The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Come join us on our secluded 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and hand made barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property while you sip on a good ol' cup-a-joe. Your host family lives on property and is happy to help should you need anything, while ensuring that you have the privacy you'd like. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.

We are 10 Miles north of Leadville, 1 mile from Ski Cooper, 8 miles from Red Cliff, 20 miles from Vail. Our fully equipped 900 sq ft. solar powered cabin is very cozy with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. We have hiking and biking access to the Colorado trail from the cabin in the summer, skiing right out the door in the winter. We have space for 2 adults & families with 2 adults & 1-2 kids. This space is not suitable for 4 adults. Pets considered. Contact owner first.

We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit!
