We can really recommend this home. We were traveling two adults and two teenagers but could have accommodated another family. The house is great and big. The area is quiet and peaceful but a car is a must if you want to get to different places. Lucien is an amazing host who recommended a bunch of sights and restaurants the area and we were able to sample and buy olive oil and wine from our own manufacturing. We'd love to come back. We were very excited, the apartment was very clean and in order. I liked the style the best, the old beams and tiles combined with the very nicely renovated bathroom and the nice kitchen. The outdoor area is laid out with love in detail, which you can easily see and notice everywhere. Katleen is a great host, she is always available and immediately available for any questions and problems. Definitely recommended.

Everything went very well. Christoph speaks fluent German (he is German) and French (I am French). The family was very hospitable and helpful. I also really appreciated the preservation of my privacy in the mini apartment where I stayed. Everything you need was inside. Easy bus connection to downtown and the train station. A big supermarket just around the corner. I am happy to recommend.

Pearl in the Languedoc! Wonderfully quiet place and nearby you can cycle on the voie verte to nice little villages. Lovely swimming pool and beautiful flower garden. Very nice owners and Lisa gives super good massage, enjoyed ! We'd love to come back ❤️🙏🏻

Hiking on the GR of the Cathar castles we stopped at Evelyne and her husband's after a long day of walking. Very warm welcome and beautiful accommodation: very beautiful, very comfortable and very clean in an ideal place of greenery and calm. Very attentive and responsive hosts: we highly recommend!

Excellent stay in this very pleasant independent studio, very clean and very well-equipped, located in a quiet environment, just a few km from the sea. You can walk to the charming village center with all the main shops, as well as the Canal du Midi. It was a real pleasure to meet Beatrix who is a very friendly, discreet, responsive and caring host. Everything about it is excellent I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay here, the pool was amazing and the garden with treehouse and toys for the kids was a real bonus! The surroundings are very peaceful. Great hosts who were always there when we needed. Would recommend!

Our time at the Garden Suite in Barbaira was magical. Kate and Thom could not have been more welcoming to us when we arrived and were extremely helpful and kind for the rest of our 11 day stay. The apartment is delightful and we had everything we needed for our holiday. The large bed was extremely comfortable and the linens top notch. The pool area set in the huge garden is gorgeous and the deep and large pool was much appreciated in the heat of the Aude - even in May! The proximity to Carcassonne and other areas of interest in the region was excellent - all in all we just loved our time here and will be back.

Christophe is a friendly host, available and flexible, he gave us good advice on things to do in the region. We recommend with eyes closed this retreat of peace, very pleasant pool. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful property in a peaceful setting. Séverine was always responsive, very friendly, helpful, and even arranged for us to go wine tasting which we enjoyed. We had young children with us and found the property to be child friendly, they even had a swing set in the garden. The pool was cold in early May but we still went for a little swim, it was nice and clean despite it being out of season. I would recommend this property to friends.

the accommodation, garden, pool and view are fantastic. Despite the language barrier, communication worked out very well. The hosts are extremely friendly and always helpful, we were able to park the car a week in advance on the secured property. 2 exits, one is right on the sea. From the large pool and the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the sea.
