Small villa in residence with swimming pool in summer. It consists of a main room with a fitted kitchen and a small reception lounge, a bedroom with a 120 cm double bed, a laundry room and a bathroom – toilet, all on the ground floor. Upstairs, a living room with TV, sofa and desk for remote work. The property has internet (livebox and tv), washing machine, dishwasher. Quiet, the accommodation benefits from an out-of-sight exterior with southern exposure.

Nelly's Studio

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Located in a quiet area, nestled between sea and scrubland, you can enjoy moments of relaxation amid pine trees and birdsong. Away from the summer crowds, you will still be less than a 10-minute walk (700 m) to the center and its shops, as well as the beach. The cabin is air-conditioned, equipped and comfortable. You will have a very nice terrace for mealtime (outdoor grill) and the relaxation area will be perfect for lounging!
