The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents. This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).
