Un bellissimo appartamento completamente arredato al secondo piano di un antico edificio napoletano del 1891 con ascensore. Spazioso, luminoso e con soffitti altissimi, finestre e balcone con affaccio su una delle più vibranti e veraci zone del centro. Una grande camera da letto con letto matrimoniale King size e materasso in Memorex, guardaroba e scrivania, luminosa zona soggiorno con divano, cucina con tutto ciò che ti occorre per immergerti nella tradizione culinaria partenopea, un bagno con doccia. Tutto l'appartamento è disponibile per gli ospiti e coperto da rete internet wifi ad alta velocità gratuita. We love to entertain, help to discover the city, and make friends with solar, friendly, warm-hearted, travelers (not tourists), who love their life and who are as flexible as needed to truly experience Naples, a little less we love to host rigid and uncompromising persons, perfection maniacs or stressed tourist who think they're booking an hotel at low price. For that matter we strongly advise those kind of tourists against the imperfection of Naples and its culture. Caratteristica e autentica area nel mezzo di due tra le zone più antiche di Napoli, circondata da mercati, negozi, ristoranti e servizi di ogni tipo e a due passi da trasporti, musei e monumenti. La reale vita quotidiana a Napoli, lontano da stereotipi e scene costruite apposta per turisti che cercano esclusivamente la stessa città in ogni posto. Indubbiamente un posto frenetico (attenzione tu, delicato d'orecchie che cerca pace), ma che vale totalmente la pena di essere vissuto. E amato. Most of the thing you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded with any kind of shop and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stop and taxi area are at few meters from home, train station is a 10 minutes walk and both airport and port are at 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is at a 15 minutes walk belong to National Archeologic Museum, Madre Contemporary Museum and a really a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompei, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name few common destinations. Tutto il centro di Napoli, senza particolari eccezioni, è un luogo molto attivo e frenetico (siamo noti anche per questo :D ), il fermento popolare è parte intrinseca e caratteristica della cultura napoletana, un eterno teatro vivente. Questa realtà rappresenta per quasi tutti i turisti parte della bellezza in cui vogliono tuffarsi visitando Napoli, ma naturalmente ognuno è diverso, ha una sua storia e proprie abitudini. Se provieni da zone molto tranquille e silenziose, sai di essere intollerante al caos, il tuo sonno è tanto leggero che anche il ticchettio di un orologio può rappresentare un problema, ti suggeriamo di optare per zone più residenziali fuori da centro come l'area del Vomero, Fuorigrotta o Posillipo. Ma in questo caso sappi che ti starai perdendo il meglio :)

Attico Gi-Ro Panoramico sulla Via dei Presepi

In piena autonomia con il self check-in puoi accedere all’ attico luminoso e panoramico, in una delle zone più visitate del centro antico. Sulla cima di un palazzo del '700 conserva dettagli antichi come le travi a vista originali, arredato in uno stile moderno con attenzione alla qualità dei materiali. In un palazzo del ‘700 restaurato, la casa è al 5 piano e si potrà comodamente raggiungere con un ascensore che ferma al 4 piano e poi fare solo due rampe di scale, come da foto. Nell'arredo e nelle opere di ristrutturazione della casa, ho prestato attenzione alla qualità dei materiali per offrire ai miei ospiti ogni confort. Attico GI-RO è dotato di WI-FI gratuito, videocitofono, aria condizionata, macchina per caffè espresso, bollitore, phon, ferro da stiro e tanto altro. La zona living è ampia con un comodissimo divano letto (dotato di materasso alto 18 cm) un tavolo da pranzo, una postazione per laptop ed una cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve per preparare una rilassante cena, godendosi la splendida vista. La camera da letto con zona spogliatoio ed aria condizionata. Bagno con finestra e box doccia. La casa è interamente a disposizione degli ospiti. Sarò sempre disponibile. Potranno contattarmi sia prima che durante il loro soggiorno e pronta a rispondere ad ogni loro richiesta. Siamo nel Decumano Inferiore detto Spaccanapoli, perché divide in due la città. Qui, a pochi passi, i maggiori siti archeologici, le più belle chiese, le botteghe di artigiani Presepiali e le famose pizzerie e pasticcerie della nostra tradizione. Essendo in pieno centro storico, si alternano vie pedonali o a traffico limitato. Pertanto il parcheggio custodito più vicino è ad 1 Km (in Via Porta di Massa). A poca distanza: una stazione della metropolitana (Dante), fermate autobus e stazionamenti taxi La stazione ferroviaria di Piazza Garibaldi è a soli 15 minuti, raggiungibile con la metropolitana ma anche a piedi.

Light permeates throughout this cozy space & floor to ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, plush pillows, and carefully selected finishings all add to making this a true 5-star hotel experience. The 54 meter living quarters can be used as an ideal place for a cocktail a dining area or even a ballroom! You have your very own fully-equipped speak easy bar dating back from the 1800s. One can dine or have a drink at home or even dance.. This ample living space has four bar stools, a breathtaking chandelier, a 65-inch television with cable and wifi as well as a queen size bed which can be used as a spacious couch during the day. Our home has three spacious balconies overlooking Piazza San Domenico, Piazzetta Nilo and Spacca Napoli. It also has all the essentials ; A/C, oven, microwave, due fridges, and all the comforts of a 5-star experience. Potrete godere in assoluta autonomia e libertà dell'intero appartamento. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Naples, in an open-air museum where everything is within easy and convenient reach. This includes museums, churches, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. L'appartamento si trova in una zona a traffico limitato trovandosi nel pieno centro storico della citta. La metro più vicina (Metro Università) si trova in Piazza Bovio ed è a 10 minuti a piedi dall'Appartamento. A 100 metri dall'appartamento invece c'è uno stazionamento dei taxi. La posizione dell'appartamento, dimensione, ampi spazi ed un arredo finemente curato in perfetto stile impero
