Amazing home! The amenities and location were wonderful. The location is near delicious restaurants and fun attractions. The greatest attractions are within 20 minutes or less to reach and they offer you a handbook with different recommendations nearby. The house is beautiful, clean, and offered many amenities as described in the details. Miki and Neno were responsive in a timely manner and proactive to all communication given and were very kind. I highly weekend this place!

FAMILY FRIENDLY with CRIB**Heated Pool** Naples!!!

ChristineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We will definitely be staying here again! Matt & Jamie's place was absolutely perfect for our family. We have a toddler so it was very helpful to have a crib, booster seat, pack and play, toys and a washer and dryer. The pool was perfect for morning and evening swim sessions as it had the perfect size splash pad for our little one. We didn't bring in-laws with us, but it had an in-law suite that would have been perfect for grandparents. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling with small children.

Brandnew Villa - pool & spa at canal south facing

JaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

Briarwood Paradise - The Briarwood Rental Company

GuadalupeRating, 5 stars4 months ago

AntoiniqueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

This is how AirBnBs should run. This rental: — Was even better in person than the images showed, which were already quite good. — Was full of basic essentials like kitchen tools, bathroom necessities, and beach gear — Felt like a home and not an empty house — Was very comfortable for living and sleeping We will either return or recommend that others try it. Great spot.

13 Downtown Near Beach Free Heated Pool and Spa

StacyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great time here. The pool is right outside the unit and we had it mostly to ourselves. Unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful backyard and nice lanai for drinking coffee in the mornings. The beach is just a few minute drive and there's a good pizza place 3 minutes away. Beds were super comfy and there are plenty of beach and bath towels, as well as other beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!

Bayshore Getaway

Brian’s place was perfect! Clean, and easy to get to- close to everything! We spent a couple of days in town for Memorial Weekend. The apartment is close to Marco Island(24 min drive), and 12 mins from the Naples public beach access. The apartment felt homey, it was clean, the kitchen was perfect to make quick breakfasts before heading out to daily adventures. We appreciated the keurig and coffee! The backyard was handy to let the dog loose a bit and do her business. We ate out several times, but Saki stood out if you are looking for sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Luxurious Pool Home: Steps from Vanderbilt Beach

CatalinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an amazing family weekend at Tadser’s. The house is straight out of a magazine. When we walked in we were instantly impressed with how open it was. The decor is beautiful and the furniture is very kid friendly. My one year old was able to walk around freely without worrying about sharp corners or tons of decor at his reach. The kitchen is a dream. Everything was clean and it smelled like a resort. The pool is the perfect size and temperature. If you can, pay the heating fee, it was totally worth it. Tadser was the perfect host from beginning to end. Can’t say enough good things about our entire experience. Perfect way to spend my birthday weekend with the family. Thank you!

Family Coastal Home - 1 Mile from Beach

IsabellaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The home was incredibly beautiful. It’s EXACTLY how it is pictured in the photos. Very clean, welcoming, and an overall wonderful place to stay. We never had any concerns with the cleanliness of the home and the kitchen had everything you need if you decide to prepare food there. The outside patio was the cherry on top of the home; it provided a way to enjoy the lovely weather without getting bit by mosquitos or other little bugs. Getting inside was just as easy as checking out and most attractions are less than 15 minutes away. We also found out, by pure coincidence, that the man who cares for the home also speaks Romanian and my boyfriend was able to have a fun conversation with him in his native language. Just a sweet little addition to the stay that made us feel very welcomed and something we’ve never experienced before. Super kind hosts and an even nicer home, you won’t regret your stay!

Serene Home 10 min 2 Beach w/ Bikes & Master Suite

JamisonRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Great place for us and our teenage kids for 5 days. Close enough for us to drive into the Everglades for 2 days. And still spent time at the beach with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs provided. Comfy beds and big televisions. Living room was great for relaxing and watching movies (we had a rainy down that we spent inside). Fully stocked kitchen supplies. Used the grill a few times. We had a great time and would recommend this house to anyone spending time in the Naples areas.

Your guide to Naples

All About Naples

Ritzy Naples offers metropolitan glamour alongside the white sands of the Gulf Coast. Mediterranean-style mansions, marquee golf courses, and upscale shopping and dining corridors make Naples the posh centerpiece of Southwest Florida. Naples is also home to such world-class cultural institutions as the Baker Museum, where 15 galleries focus on contemporary and modern works. You can stroll among turn-of-the-century homes and mature palms in charming Old Naples, or drive inland to explore the sun-dappled environs of pristine swampland. Opportunities for day trips to suit all moods also abound: You can make the short journey to glossy resort-mecca Marco Island, or opt for a more laid-back excursion to outdoorsy Bonita Springs.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Naples

Naples enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine a year. June through September are hot, with average highs in the low 90s Fahrenheit. October and November cool off slightly, with average temperatures in the low to high 80s, and from December through February, temperatures dip into the 70s. March through May climb back into the 80s. Naples experiences lots of rainfall June through September, and a little bit all year round, so plan ahead and pack for wet weather.

Top things to do in Naples

Naples Botanical Garden

Among the offerings of this 170-acre park are nine distinct gardens, a Javanese temple, hammocks, bocce ball courts, and a children’s garden outfitted with a treehouse. The plants, of course, are the stars: They include orchids from around the world, banyan trees, colorful and fragrant plumeria, and towering palms, all thriving within meticulously landscaped grounds. The park is also home to a 90-acre nature preserve inhabited by gopher tortoises, and a visitor’s center built of ancient cypress logs reclaimed from the bed of the Apalachicola River.

Vanderbilt Beach

About 20 minutes from downtown, this is a lively beach where sunseekers play and mingle. The appeal of this stretch of powdery white sand, lapped by the gem-toned waters of the Gulf of Mexico, hasn’t gone unnoticed by developers, and vacationers from nearby hotels and resorts come here to frolic in the shadow of luxury. This means you’ll find everything you need for a fun day at the beach close at hand, including gear rentals and tropical drinks. Arrive early in the morning for a more sedate atmosphere and top-notch shelling.

Audubon Society Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary

Leave the city behind and enter this fascinating and beautiful 13,000-acre nature sanctuary, where a 2.5-mile boardwalk will carry you through a dazzling mixture of flora, including the largest old-growth bald cypress forest in North America. Bald cypresses, which are related to redwood trees, can grow to 130 feet and are furred in gently swaying mosses and colorful bromeliads. In the summer, look out for the white blooms of delicate and rare ghost orchids.

The park is home to deer, alligators, otters, and turtles, but many flock here for the birds. The park is a vaunted stop on the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail, and is home to barred owls, red-tailed hawks, and the rainbow-hued painted bunting, to name a few.
