This spacious lower level, light -filled apartment has a large living area, private queen bedroom, and a lovely kitchenette.There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.The bathroom has a large rainfall shower.There is also a patio for guests to enjoy. This is a lower level apartment, so it is not handicapped accessible.There are 12 stairs. We also offer chartered fishing trips or harbor sunset cruises at an additional charge to our guests. South Shore Sanctuary

This light filled retreat is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Located 1.5 mi to Surfside beach and .3 mi to the bus stop. The bike path is at the end of our driveway. The apartment is completely remodeled but retains the character of this wonderful post and beam home. A private patio leads to the separate entrance. Once inside, you’ll see the wood detail of the vaulted ceiling hallway. There is a king bedroom on the 2nd floor, and a queen bedroom, kitchenette & full bathroom on the 1st level.

Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

Two-Bedroom Luxury Condo

Two-bedroom/ 1.5 bath suite in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and table. NEW for 2026 season: blackout shades in primary bedroom; beach chairs and coolers!

Beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, bureau and closet. A hall bathroom with a new tiled shower and vanity with marble top. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Unit has private outdoor stairs and deck with small yard and outdoor shower, leading up to the sunlit Nantucket oasis in Miacomet/Cisco area. See Cisco Brewery and Barlett Farm outside the windows. Close proximity to some of the best beaches on the island, this 1Bed/1Bath with pullout couch will not disappoint. Laundry in unit with kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Unit was completely redone and finished in June 2023.

Located in the historic district of downtown Nantucket, our cozy apartment is the perfect spot to explore the island. Walk to the best boutiques, restaurants, and beaches. You also have one parking spot if you wish to bring your car. Our favorite places to walk/bike to are Lily Pond, Something Natural, the Oldest House, Steps Beach, and of course, downtown. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.
