Enjoy The Beach Loft Apartment's convenient proximity to beaches, town and S’conset. Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Great two bedroom condo in town renovated in winter 2025 - new kitchen and updated bathroom. If arriving by ferry, you're just a ten minute walk from dropping off your bags and being on vacation. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress. The condo is on the second floor.

David was an amazing host!! He let us check in early since we had an early ferry ride. He communicated very well anytime we had a question. The location was perfect - a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the town. We will definitely be back!!

Mariellen‘s place was very inviting, cozy and in a quiet, serene location but close enough to all the sights and restaurants in downtown. It is also very close to Cisco Brewery and Bartlett‘s Farm. The room was clean and matched the description. I would highly recommend staying at Mariellen‘s place! Thank you and hope to be back soon

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and spacious. A beautiful 20 minute walk to downtown. It was perfect for our mother/daughter vacation after my daughter graduated college with her second degree in nursing.

We visited Nantucket for our annual girl's trip. We all thought the home was very cozy and comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and found the kitchen to be well-equipped for making a meal. The bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival were appreciated. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach each morning and we rented bikes to ride on the paths all over the island.

The place looks even better in real life than in the photos-very modern, well decorated, clean, GREAT LOCATION. Right in front of bike rental shop which is super convenient and the bike rental owner was also super helpful when we couldn't find the entrance. (airbnb was behind bike rental place) Only a 10 min bike ride to downtown or a 4min uber. Loved the balcony outdoor space and the views. Would stay here again if I had the opportunity. Couldn't get the dishwasher to work but wasn't a big issue because the place had so many plates and utensils we didn't need to reuse anything.

The apartment was beautiful and relaxing, with a very clean kitchen which also included nice amenities like snacks, bottled water, instant coffee and sweeteners. If I had a question I received a response in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.
