Offered as if it were your own with its soul of life, so that you feel at home (clothes, papers, trinkets, photos, will remain, please take great care of them...) 1st floor (no elevator) of a typical building in the old center of Nanterre Charm, light and calm (all windows overlook gardens) close to all transport and shops.

Rental as described. Very functional accommodation. Very close to the RER station and shops (excellent pastry shop and butcher shop nearby + Monoprix open 7/7). Only small downside not always easy to find a parking space on the street. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. and recommend this rental without hesitation. The instructions sent by Rafael before our arrival were very clear and helpful.

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.
