This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

Arc de Triomphe 5 km - 20 mins by Tram&RER; La Défense Arena 3 km - 20 mins by Tram; Roland Garros 6 km - 30 mins Tram & Metro/Bus; Well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven&microwave). Great for a stay alone or as a couple. 27 m2 studio on the ground floor (1/2 floor above the street, overlooks a small wooded garden. Semi-autonomous arrival (key pickup until 10:45pm).

Apartment located in the heart of Croissy-sur-Seine. Access to the entire house. Located 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, close to Versailles, and many shops and restaurants. If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

Superb 45 m2 apartment, very comfortable, well decorated with quality materials, there is a terrace and nice view, the apartment is a 3-min walk from the tram that leads to La Défense in 12 min, there are shops, supermarkets, eco-neighborhood, bakeries within a 5-min walk, the property is a 10-min walk from the Seine, you can take a walk on the Seine on foot or by bike there is a bike rental station near the tram, the Champs Elysées are 20 min by car, 30 min by transport
