Rented elegant and comfortable flat of 90 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms plus mezzanine with semi open kitchen on living/dining room and fireplace. Like a chalet, the flat is a duplex with a nice volume and has a terrace opening onto the garden. It is south / west facing. It is located in Rochebrune in a very quiet area 15 minutes walk from the centre and the slopes. It has been completely renovated recently. It has an indoor and outdoor car park.
