This is a one-room apartment on the second floor of a 40-year-old apartment building in a quiet area about a 15-minute drive from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so we can take care of anything right away. Also, if we have time, we go out together and enjoy eating with guests. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient, about a 20-minute walk from Kita 24-Jo Station on the Namboku Subway Line, but there are few cars and you can have a quiet stay. 5-minute walk to a convenience store 4-minute walk to a drugstore 10-minute walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place for living. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facility 2 stops away by train. Parking for 1 car is available on the property (reservation required). It is available for 500 yen per day. (This is the parking lot I use every day. I park elsewhere) The sofa bed is 170 cm. [About pick-up and drop-off] We will pick you up by car and take you to Shinagawa Station on the first and last day of your stay. I'm sorry if the time doesn't work. WiFi is available, and there is a private kitchen and bathroom, so long-term stays and remote work are more than welcome.

Located about 30 minutes by car from the airport, there is a highway entrance 5 minutes from the house, and you can go on day trips to Niseko to the west, Noboribetsu to the south, Sapporo, Otaru, Biei to the north, and Furano, Tomamu to the east. It is 20 minutes from Sapporo Dome, so it is also good for baseball games, live shows, concerts, etc. We want you to enjoy various places in Hokkaido based on our house.
