Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Cozy up on your King-sized bed and enjoy your fave take out food! Movie marathon nights, romantic Hollywood getaway, cozy girls night, or fun family night! The king bed is one step level up from the ground, Q bed is ground level.

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

This listing is hosted, owned, and cleaned by local Idaho natives. The property is only 5 minutes from the freeway in the heart of the Treasure Valley. What makes this mother-in-law suite special is that it is charming enough for a weekend getaway, and yet functional enough to stay for an entire month! The space is complete with a washer/dryer, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, two Fire-stick enabled TV's, and a very comfortable living room.... So make yourself at home!

South Nampa Charmer

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of area to spread out with many different entertainment options. Close to shopping and parks. Only 15 minutes from Highway 84. Plus a dedicated work area for when you need to finish some last minute things. With 5 bedrooms, an open floor plan and a large backyard there's plenty of area to stretch out and relax. Pets are welcome but please keep them off the furniture and beds.

Short Distance to Ford Idaho Center, CWI College, Walmart, Local Restaurants, Golf Courses, Hospital. 2000 Feet To Ford Idaho Center. 15 Minute Drive To Boise Airport. There is Plenty of Room To Park. Neighbors the College. Very Quiet and Peaceful. Safe Animals on Property. Keep in mind, No pets allowed doesn't mean hypoallergenic.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Boho Beauty

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Shaded deck available for cookouts, seats 12.

Serene Country View House

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.

Vintage meets boho in this charming cape cod style two bedroom, one bath home a four minute drive (20 min. walk) to terrific downtown Nampa. Enjoy some of the finest restaurants Nampa has to offer close by. Close to NNU and the Ford Center. Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen after enjoying the sites or soak in the large hot tub in the yard.
