Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

If your a musician the studio is available to use before a gig or just hang out and relax at additional cost. Music Studio is available through others. RV parking. Private entryway.

This property will make you wish you could stay longer.

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!
