Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Clean, cozy, and easy on the wallet. This no-frills one-bedroom sits in a 100-year-old converted home near St. Luke’s, BSU, the Greenbelt, and Ann Morrison Park. Very cozy studio apartment - newly renovated. Very private.This is a stand alone private apartment. Wood accents through out - bath has beautiful tile and lots of hot water. Super fast internet but No TV. King size bed. Apartment is located in 1955 building with music studio next door. If your a musician the studio is available to use before a gig or just hang out and relax at additional cost. Music Studio is available through others. RV parking. Private entryway.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy hand-made style with our eclectic "in-law" apartment. Entirely separate from the main house, enjoy complete privacy. We are located near both Boise's famous foothills and Boise river green-belt. It's an excellent landing pad for visiting friends and relatives, or for checking out the town. We also have loaner bicycles available in adult and kid sizes for exploring. FYI as of now there is no TV but wifi access is good.

Please note: we have a back patio (shared) that is available for a bbq area, smoking area hangin out. (Quiet hours in the patio are 11pm-7am)

Lovely Basement Apartment with Covered Patio. w/d

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!
