All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain Bikes (All included in the rental).

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away is the beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes.
