Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Huset indeholder 2 etager med en stueetage, der er indrettet som et smagfuldt ”mødelokale” med mindre køkken og badeværelse. På første sal befinder sig en større by lejlighed med stor, lys og sydvendt stue, køkken i retro stil (renoveret), badeværelse med toilet samt soveværelse. Egen hyggelig gårdhave.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Relax and enjoy a peacefull stay surrounded by grasing horses and close to bird and seal sanctuary. Take a trip to Møns white cliffs, some of DK’s most beutifull nature or go to CPH, only 1 hour 15 minutes from here. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.

The home is located in beautiful surroundings and with sea views from the roof terrace. The home is newly renovated and uniquely decorated and with a lot of “household art” on the walls. There is room for children, adults and pets to play, both outside and inside. There are also a wilderness bath, trampoline, soccer goals, lots of toys for children and 2 large SmartTVs.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of our charming farmhouse from 1857. The house is peacefully located next to a small lake and in rural surroundings. It is centrally located on Langeland with lovely beaches just a short drive away. It is not possible to use public transport to the address.
