There are 2 cozy living rooms, kitchen, utility room and a slightly narrow staircase to 1 floor with 2 bedrooms, shower, toilet and sunny garden with terrace. The house is a 5 min walk from cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The pedestrian street is close by. It is 3 km to the Horse Head, a lovely beach with Denmark's longest jetty, mini golf, etc. The Dodekalite, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Femerntunnel construction are worth visiting.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

A place the big family, friends or several generations can relax and enjoy themselves together.

The house is on a double corner plot with fields as a neighbor. Sleeping space number 4 in the photos is an outdoor annex and can only be used in the summer as it is not heated.
