Vacation rentals with a pool in Naiyang Beach

Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

Me and my family loved this home and will definitely be returning. Even with a late check-in Jen and Gib made instructions clear and we had no issues finding or getting into the villa. Every room was clean and just as pictured. We loved how the pool was maintained during our stay and all the amenities of the home. Cleaners came once during our stay to clean and replenish towels as established in the terms. While the villa is on a bit of a steep hill it offers a great views. I would just be mindful when ordering transportation as you might have to walk down the hill since some vehicles can’t make it all the way up. We only had two mishaps there where the power was off one day from 9am to 5pm due to the town doing work on power lines and a small leak that occurred in the master bedroom sink. The power outage was informed to us two days in advance and the sink was repaired the same day of discovery of the leak. Overall I would recommend this home and appreciate all Jen and Gibs help.

We enjoyed staying here in Patong and thought that the villa was perfect for what we needed for our short stay. There is only one downside worth mentioning: the villa is situated at the bottom of a very steep hill. When it is raining out, the hill is very slippery and becomes treacherous both for walking and driving. It was not the end of the world, but it is worth considering. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

非常漂亮的房子，面积很大，比照片新很多！ Graham和工作人员都很积极友善，房间设施比较齐全，虽然没有洗衣机但问题不大。相比周边需要计电费的民宿，这套房子也并不计电费。虽然需要从大门往里走一段路才能到，但交通相对还是很方便，grab之类的外卖也都能送达，到海滩只需要走几分钟，到便利店或餐厅也很方便。

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Yorch’s place! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly professional, helpful, and full of great recommendations that made planning our trip so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and perfect not just for sleeping but also for relaxing and spending a full day in if needed. The location is fantastic as it just a short walk to Bang Tao Beach and around 10 minutes on foot to a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. Yorch was always quick to respond to our messages and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Her local tips were spot-on and made our Phuket experience even better.Just a note that it is a bit further from the central area of Phuket. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Phuket!

Beautiful apartment. Easy building to stay at. Beautiful beach views as described. So much to do around the building and like 7 minute walk to Bangla street for nightlife. Felt very safe

A great stay, I loved it 🤩 The flat is modern and very well furnished. I loved the wardrobe and the bed was comfy. It’s on the 6th floor which also meant no mosquitos and no noise. It’s absolutely quiet at night, which was important for me. I slept very well. The location is just a few minutes from the beach and many restaurants. A well stocked supermarket & café is just one minute away. Elena, the contact on site, replied immediately to messages. She was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for that 🙏

Der Check-In war einfach und schnell. Die Rezeptionisten waren super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch größer als Sie auf den Fotos aussieht, insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt!

Alles tip top. Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen und hab viele hilffreiche Tipps zur Umgebung bekommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Exceptional service. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours and very kind and friendly. The place was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily with fresh towels for every room. Felt right at home and very safe, within a gated and guarded complex. Very good layout, comfortable beds, cosy but also lots of space, very well maintained overall. Loved our stay and we were very impressed with everything. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure.

Our 2 families had a fantastic stay, the staff at the villa were fantastic so helpful and polite. We had several meals at the villa which were so delicious and amazing value, as other people had said cheaper than eating out. Noi and Otto were fantastic at helping us to book trips and everything was great with these too. Thanks to Noi, Muay and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay and making many happy memories. I would highly recommend staying at the villa it so comfortable and away from the chaos of Katu town and absolute Gem thanks so much

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est superbe, et est à proximité de tout. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et tout est faisable a pied (ou taxi, tuktuk). Facile a trouver et facile d’accès. La plage est à 10min environ, et les restaurants, street food, supermarché, massages sont juste à côté! Cindy a été adorable et très réactive. Elle nous a apportés de bons conseils pour faire des excursions, plages ou même pour trouver un dentiste! La piscine est top, et la maison était spacieuse pour 4personnes. Impeccablement propre! Merci encore!

We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place with great hosts, I highly recommend staying here!

Honestly, this place is amazing. I would certainly stay here again and I plan to in the future. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, kind and cool. They gave us tips on things to do and were very helpful. The place looks just like the photos and is super relaxing. It's in a gated community that felt very safe. Highly recommend this place!
