Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Rent one or all three cottages, with large separate yards that are professionally cleaned and sanitized. The Flat Top on 1st is a throwback to an era almost lost in the Outerbanks!! Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: Minimum 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stays only from June til Labor Day.)

The Green Room OBX *Pet Friendly*

Welcome to the Green Room OBX! Bring your best friend on your vacation. We are PET FRIENDLY in the desirable waterfront neighborhood of Old Nags Head Cove which is within walking distance to the beach, sound and pool. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well appointed with a laid back feel. Apartment features a private ground floor entrance, free parking and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.

Cackalacky Dreamin' is a classic 1960's beach cottage that is newly refurbished. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large kitchen, large living room, a game room, a wide porch with swing a table, and is pet-friendly! It is furnished as a coastal boho cottage with everything you need for a great vacation. (Can be rented with neighboring houses for up to 20 people!
